These Terms and Conditions of Sale govern the sale of services offered by Healu Therapy, a product of NIMBUS SARL.
These General Terms and Conditions of Sale define the conditions under which NIMBUS SARL, under the Healu Therapy brand, offers its mental health teleconsultation and psychological support services via its mobile application and web platform.
Service prices are indicated in Tunisian Dinars (TND) and are displayed in the application before any order. NIMBUS reserves the right to modify its rates at any time, with services being billed based on prices in effect at the time of order validation.
Payment is made online via the payment methods accepted by the platform (bank card, mobile payment, etc.). Payment is due immediately upon ordering. No consultation will be confirmed without prior payment.
Sessions cancelled more than 24 hours in advance are fully refundable. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment are not eligible for a refund. In case of technical issues preventing the session on Healu Therapy's side, a full refund or rescheduling will be offered.
Healu Therapy commits to providing its services with diligence and professionalism. However, the services offered do not replace emergency medical consultation. In case of crisis, users must contact local emergency services. NIMBUS cannot be held liable for indirect damages resulting from the use of its services.
Personal data collected is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable Tunisian legislation. Users have the right to access, rectify, and delete their data.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by Tunisian law. In case of dispute, the parties commit to seeking an amicable solution. Failing that, the courts of Tunis shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
Use of Healu Therapy services implies full and complete acceptance of these Terms and Conditions of Sale.
